Laser cutting is a core part of this service, not an add-on. Our CO₂ laser produces clean edges and intricate detail that blades and saws can’t match, from fine filigree to thick panels. We work from your artwork or help prepare your design for production.

Most lasers need a flat surface to stay in focus. Our system measures the height of the surface and adjusts focus across the object, so engraving stays sharp on compatible curved and irregular products, not just on flat sheets.

We only process materials that are appropriate for laser processing. Materials that can release hazardous or corrosive fumes are not accepted.

The standard enclosed configuration is designed as a Class 1 laser system under IEC 60825-1. Where the conveyor/riser configuration changes the laser safety classification, the appropriate safety controls and procedures apply.

For your safety and ours, we won’t laser:

  • Unknown plastics
  • Chlorine-containing materials
  • Fiberglass
  • Materials known to produce hazardous fumes
  • Any material we determine is unsuitable
